This questionnaire will be used to create a profile of your company. It will be reviewed to assure that you meet BBB standards.
The profile will be given to a sales consultant who will contact you to provide pricing information and an application. The application process can be done in person, by phone/fax or e-mail.
Once you complete and return the application, along with your payment, we will conduct an investigation to verify that your company meets the BBB Code of Business Practices. The application must be approved by our board of directors, which meets bi-monthly.
After Board approval, you will receive a welcome package, which includes a wooden plaque, BBB decals and a BBB Accredited Business identification card within seven to ten business days. You will also be added to our BBB Accredited Business roster posted on this Web site.
